These pages contain Information on how to defend yourself against the IRS. Congress can’t (or wont) stop the IRS but YOU CAN. We have been researching the "Internal Revenue Service" for over 8 years now, gathering alot of information. Over time, we hope to include all of it in these pages.
Please note that the use of terms such as IRS, irs, "Internal Revenue Service", internal revenue service, agency, Agency, District Director, district director, et cetera, are used solely for the purpose of delivering a point or ease of reading. As an example, I offer the suggestion that there is a distinct difference between the term “District Director” and “district director” by the use of capitalization or the absence thereof. There is also a difference between “The Internal Revenue Service”, the “Internal Revenue Service”, “internal revenue service” and “internal revenue”. However, sometimes my training may take over and I may inadvertently capitalize a phrase or title where it should not be capitalized. In addition, it is not my postulation, by the use of the phrase “the agency”, that the “IRS” is a valid agency of the Department of the Treasury or of the Treasury Department. Nothing is implied by the free use of any of these types of terms. They are used strictly in the sense of literary license.
